Final settlement payment not received from Reliance broadband

I had broadband connection from Reliance for almost 2 years and after that i shifted to other place and terminated that connection in May 2014. As i chose advance quarterly payment so they have approx 1500/- rs due that they are supposed to send as DD/cheque to my mailing address with in 45 days of termination. On june 5, they confirmed and send mail to me for terminication and for due 1500/- they will send soon. After so many followup and mailing there is no response from them and it’s cross 5 months till then.

This is my pathetic experience with Reliance internet service provider and will not suggest to anyone in my whole life to use this service.

    Finally i got my refund from reliance broadband and it could be possible due to intervention by ICF team. Many thanks and very much appreciates all effort done by ICF.
