Flipkart cancels Lenovo K8 plus order after payment

I have order Lenovo k8 plus on Sun 24th Sept 2017 at 2:46PM on flipkart. while booking mobile phone was in stock and I paid the amount through net banking. order was placed successfully and Today 27th Sept I got to know without any information that my order has been cancelled. I talked to customer care and they are replying that order was not in stock and that’s why it has been cancelled. If order was not available then how I was able to book that and amount was deducted from my bank account.
