I bought a Redmi Note 4 (4Gb Ram and 64 Gb Rom) from flipkart on 7th Oct 2017 and made the payment through credit card. Since 10th Oct the tracking said that it is lying in the ulubari center of Ekart their courier partner. So on 13th Oct I called up flipkart and asked them why are they not delivering the product. The customer care executive told me that they have a lot of products for delivery and the the product would be delivered on the promised date i.e. 16th Oct. But on 15th Oct morning I received a message from Flipkart that my order has been cancelled as it could not be delivered even after multiple delivery attempts. After which I spoke to their customer care and she said that she will tranfer the call to a senior. which he didnt pick. After that I wrote a mail and they replied that due to unforeseen issue faced by the seller the order have been cancelled.
