Flipkart denies return request for defective product

I have ordered Panasonic 40 inch TV from flipkart on 11/11/2017. Upon knowing product was defective i have placed another new order for same product. This new product was delivered yesterday on 25/11/2017.

After receiving new order i am trying to place a return request for my first order but now flipkart denies saying that they only have replacement policy for this product. I have tried explaining CSR that second order i have placed is a replacement of my first order and unknowingly instead of creating a exchange order i have created a new order for same product. But Flipkart clearly denied my request of accepting return of first order.

Can consumer forum help me in getting refund issued for my first order??
