This is on the subject of a lenovo k3(model no-K50a40), i had ordered on 10/08/2015 and got on 17/08/2015 from flipkart.

Phone has heating issue, i have informed to flipkart people, and as this product under warranty they are denying to refund.

From past 5 Days i am regularly calling to those people but there is no response in this matter. They are giving unnecessary reason.

I have recorded all the conversation done with them as a proof. In these activity i have lost my money and time as well. Every time flipkart people is giving mental torture and resolving issue by their own.

Sir in this i have lost my almost 15000 /- This is very big amount to me. So i am requesting you please help me to getting refund my money.
