I have purchased a CloudWalker TV along with 1 year extended warranty from flipkart.com on 21/09/2017. On inspecting I have found the serial number mentioned in the invoice is not the same with that of the tv set. I have raised the issue with them(24/09/2017), and they told, it needs to be replaced there are no other way around, since I was on vacation for a week, they told me that, they will close the ticket and asked me the reopen the same. I have raised the same issue on 9/10/2017. After numerous follow ups and emails finally, they replaced the tv today(24/09/2017). After receiving the product I have found that they have given the same invoice, with a different serial number which doesn’t matches the tv(they have given exactly the same invoice with modified date). I am approaching the forum, since flipkart.com is not taking the matter seriously and they are just harassing me.
