I recieved the Asus Zenfone Z5 mobile from Flipkart on 16th Oct and checked the everything and i found performance issues then Next day itself i called the customer care of Flipkart. during the called they told i cant refund your money . again i called and i talked with senior executive of Flipkart then after the discussion of half an hour they accepted the requested and he told i have raised the request for refund the money from my side. today one technician came and checked the mobile and he told there is no issues in inside it could be slow in performance and all. he clearly told call the Flipkart and tell like i want refund my money. but after that again i can see the refund order is cancelled . My Order id is _ OD113611330658003000. please help me on that.
