I ordered a mobile from flipkart with exchange offer. the guy who came for delivery simply said my manager told me not to take mobile for exchange and left. when i complained about it, they updated the status as customer rejected the order and when i again complained, they updated the order status as exchange product now working. and all of a sudden, they just cancelled the order without informing me. due to this nonsense, my money was blocked in the credit card for days and i could not buy a mobile anywhere else. i booked it for a special occasion and these people completely ruined it. we cannot accept this kind of behavior.
