I have ordered a leather shoe worth INR 2245 through Flipkart dated 04.10.2016. The same order was dispatched to my address on 14.10.2016. But the product was in damaged condition and hence I initiated a return and replacement request which is well as per Flipkart’s return policy. But since then neither the replacement took place nor they are taking back the damaged product. The Flipkart executives whenever reached asked for apology and assures that it will executed shortly but their logistic partners always tell me that the door step delivery or replacement is not possible for the product as they have no point of delivery near by my address and they will ask me to come some where away from my home which is not at all convenient for me.

If they are taking orders for the address online and once delivered successfully in that address, they are supposed to do all the subsequent correspondence in that same address. My pleas is that kindly intervene in this matter as I am not seeing Flipkart to give any solution to this problem.

Either they replace the product and give door step delivery as they have committed in their website or take the return and refund my money. I will be thankful to you for your kind intervention.
