I have bought a mobile in flipkart with an exchange of my old mobile ,so that there is a cut in price of 3250/- of total cost of 10000/- , i paid remaining 6750/- by cash on delivery , i received a defect mobile so that i returned to them and they refunded the amount 6750/- but the exchange mobile price 3250/- they promised me to add to my gift card but 1 week passed out still they are not refund and passing the time and ask me to wait for still more days, plls review this and help me.
