Flipkart not replacing defective laptop

I bought a Dell Inspiron 5559 laptop from Flipkart on 13/june/2017 but when I get the laptop its camera is not working and created a returned request on 26/june/2017

First, they claim they will debug the laptop and check what’s the issue after that a technician come and check the camera and conclude its camera is defective (Hardware default ) and they need to change the camera after unbundling the laptop which I rejected because still it’s in 10 day replacement warranty but they rejected to replace the laptop as per their policy

I emailed Flipkart much time but they didn’t even reply to mail. this is the worst service I ever get from any eCommerce company. They have completely fake return policy.
