Flipkart not replacing defective product

I have ordered a LG TV from flipkart. I recieved it on time but in the installation process of TV, the engineer(serviced by flipkart) found few defects in the order.
Hence we requested for a replacement. They replied by October 25,2016 our issue will be resolved but till date they are extending the date for resolving the issue.
Also they have updated the status as delivered, though they have said it was wrongly updated yet not updating the correct information.
I called them many a times still no response from them.
I am asking to cancel the order still they are not cancelling it.

I am really frustrated now with the flipkart service.
