I brought a phone online which gives me heating issues. I placed replacement request on Flipkart for which they send a technician to detect the issue, however the technician was trained may be on some other planet so he completes his job in 5-10min by checking which apps are installed in device. At that moment temperature goes to 42-44 C° the way it gets heat every time.
On use of regular basis temperature cross 51-53C°. I have all snapshots about this.
Flipkart is completely denied for all my replacement request thrice. They deliberately pass-out 10 days replacement warranty.
A lot of customers facing these issues from Flipkart. If anyone can help me with my replacement issue I’ll be thankful to him.
I want refund or replacement.
