Flipkart not resolving Lenovo A6000 Plus touch keypad issue

I ordered Lenovo A6000 plus through FLIPKART on 8th july which got delivered on 10th july 2015. i called flipkart service centre several times from 18th july 2015 (21st, 22nd july, 23 july also). i am getting ir-respective reponse from flipkart customer care. a technician everytime said that remove scratch card, reset phone and after that install smartchk app. i did that 2-3 times. a technician without no brain inside, doesn’t realize that a how to operate phone without touch to install the app and operate. i also return request on 19th july regarding this order. since i bought the phone through flipkart i told them i will file the return myself. I am attaching photo. FLIPKART claims they provide EASY RETURNS if the customer is not satisfied also. Here i have a genuine reason still they are not keeping their promise. I dont want any replacement anymore and require a full refund at the earliest. since the model as such is a defective one and worst Service of flipkart and defective mobile technology.
