I have purchased 2 handsets from flipkart one of them was fine but another phone was dead, so I asked for a replacement right away and flipkart technical team accepted that but when the delivery executive arrived he refused to take the dead handset inspite of all the requests made by me to call his senior and sort the matter he refused then again I had to go through the same process of return and again flipkart accepted the return and they told that this time there will be no issue in picking up the dead handset but after few days when the delivery executive called me he told that he won’t accept dead handset and again after several calls and mails to flipkart they again told me that they would take the return and exchange but today the delivery executive came for pickup after 3attempt in over 1month he again refused and told me he won’t accept because flipkart won’t accept dead handset. Ita been over one month and my phone can’t be used, I am fed up with this pathetic service and their communication flaw, whats should I do now, the phone came with 12months warranty already 1month used without using it once. Please look into the matter.
