Flipkart not taking back the cancelled order

I have ordered a dressing table of woodpecker from flipkart on 28th Jan 2016. The order was to be delivered by 26th Feb 2016. Order ID is OD305093919119740000. I called up flipkart first on the second week of February since the status of the product is being shown as in transit but the details of the transition was not given. Flipkart executive said that the type of product could not be tracked in transit. The person asked me to wait for the delivery date to come. After that the date passed I got a message of delay in delivery due to logistics issue and was given a date of 2th march. After discussion with my dad, I bought dressing table from local carpenter since that was an urgent requirement. So on 2nd March I cancelled the order and asked for refund. On 9th suddenly I got a ph call from a courier that he was at my doorstep with a product from flipkart. The same was received by my caretaker since I was at my office. After coming back at home, I called flipkart and asked why the product is being delivered once I cancelled it and why my emi is being cut. He said that he escalated the issue and I got a message that the issue will be resolved by 12th. On 12th evening, I got a ph call from flipkart. Again I explained him the issue. Again same thing and I got another message that the issue will be resolved by 15th. After attending the call, I checked at flipkart site and saw that the status shown as delivered. Then I got a message that the installation has being complete. But the interesting fact is that the product is in the same packed condition as it was delivered. I again called flipkart on 15th again same thing and I got another message that the issue will be resolved by 20th. Then 25th and today I got another date that is 30th. Dear sirs is this the type of dealing that we consumers expect from online shopkeeper? Again in this month my emi will be debited as in the message from HDFC. Already 3 emis will be paid and the product was booked for 6emis. Sir I am quite fed up from flipkart’s resolution to solve the problem.
