I had placed an order for a mobile phone on 24th July, 2017. I made the payment via Debit Card. The amount was successfully debited (deducted) from my account, but the order was not placed. Even though the the order was not placed, over a duration of a week they have not refunded my debited amount back. They say that the Payment didn’t reach Flipkart. The statement from my bank clearly shows that the amount was debited on the name of Flipkart.

I order earbuds but order not palced but money was debited from my bank account
I had ordered Apple iPhone 11 pro cell phone on flipkartlivesale on 23 July 2020, of worth rs 1999/- the amount is been debited ( deducted) from my bank account through mode of Google pay but there is no confirmation message sent on my placed order or neither there is any follow up of my placed order I kindly request you to look upon my issue and refund my debited amount as soon as possible
Confirmation massage is not received… Money has been deducted through UPI payment

It has been observed that they have frequent issues of payment failures and deducting money from customers accounts even though orders bot placed.
My money got deducted while placing clip kart order but after paying it from phone UPI flipkart didn’t shown order confirmed.
Total frustrations to customers.
