I buy the blackberry priv smartphone on 28/07/2017 from flipkart. they give 1year manufacturer warranty. 2month before the display is not working, i complaint flipkart they told me go to service centre.i go and give the product there, after 3days service centre call me and told we check the imei of your product its was out of warranty so we are not unable to repair your mobile, then i contact flipkart they told we resolve your problem soon but they call me after 15days and told me it was not under warranty so please paid the money and repair your product. but i have one year manufacturer warranty, again i call them and complaint they told me we refund your money and take back the product then they collect my bank details, after technician visit the refund will store on your bank account, technician visit my home and give the report to flipkart “the display is not working”. then there is no response from flipkart after one week they cancel my refund, i ask them again oneday they told your battery is not working it was only six month warranty so we are not unable to refund your money, but this was not battery problem, its still working, another they i call them they told me you fall down the mobile in water, but i never falldown the water, then they told the seller will contact you, but there is no reponse from the seller and flipkart, they are wasting my time, they take 2month but not resolve my problem, they sold the wrong product to me, because it was not warranty product, they cheating me so kindly take action to flipkart and the seller.
