I want to lodge a complaint against Floral Gifts To India website. i ordered a cake on 8th September 2015 from this website and have paid the complete amount i.e. Rs 699 through online transaction. The cake was to be delivery today ie 9th September 2015. I have been calling their customer care since morning. Some Mr. Cxxxxxxxy picked up the call and he told he’ll call back after half an hour and will let know the status. this happened around twice, but I didn’t receive any call back in return. Finally, I called them again at 3 o’clock and Mr. cxxxxxxxxy told that they cannot deliver without giving any reason.I asked them to refund the amount but he said it’s not possible. Rather he gave two options either he’ll send chocolates or you have one year to order again. but I asked for the refund and he said no. though it is clearly mentioned on their website, if in case the product is not delivered they will refund the amount. Kindly help me out in this.
