Flowerindia not refunding money for cancelled order

I ordered a watch for kid on his birthday worth INR 20149.00 [including INR 300 for immediate delivery] on flowerindia.in as per within day delivery scheme. After successful order and payment which i was confirmed through mail, i called to customer care to know the status as it was a b’day gift. Shockingly, customer care person denied to deliver within day for what i ordered from flowerindia.in. I told customer care to cancel the order as i ordered and paid for within 2 hours delivery as per option available on website.

Finally, we cam to onclusion to cancel the order. And he told, “Maximum within week my money will be refunded to my account from where money is deducted” But after committed time, my money not credited to my account. I sent several mail to do refund the money but no response from flowerindia.in. I called customer care, he told,”within 48 hours it will be credited” i waited 48 hours- no amount credited…then after whenever i called them, same statement repeated. And today again the same statement.
Today its 17th day after transaction but my money is not refunded to my account.

I file a strong fraudulent complaint against floweindia.in under article 420 of IPC. Merchant Refernce Number: LW162771
