Food court charging more than MRP for soft drinks

I purchased a mountain dew bottle 600 ml from Kabab Roll Cafe , Metro Park Food Court at Huda City Centre Metro Station . The MRP of bottle is ?35 but when I asked for price the representative at the shop said ?40 but when I told him at MRP is ?35 he said if you want to purchase you have to give me ?40 instead of ?35.
