I purchased the moto x play from Flipkart on 11th Feb order id is : OD205201264838251000.

I faced the back panel issue , it was loose so I called the customer care and explained him the problem which I was facing so after hearing me he gave me two options either to replace the product or to give new back panel so I opted for new back panel then he asked me to put the back panel which I want to purchase in the cart so I did after all this he said you will get the money in the wallet before 5th march 11am and after that you can order the back panel so I agreed and today I received a panel that they had declined my request so I again called them and asked them I was shocked by the response of customer care he said we don’t have any policy of giving any back panel . then I said previously your one of the representative gave me two options and you are saying that we don’t provide . this is clearly a matter of making fool of their customers and not fulfilling what they said changing there words after giving a promise !

I want consumer forum to strict action against Flipkart and provide me new back panel . screenshot has been attached of declining my request!
