Fraud by Instagram seller

There is an instagram account name gadgets.worlds.originals. I make order of product on that account and paid 3000 Rs. via paytm. I have all chat screenshots. but when i ask about my order they didn’t reply me and blocked me. plz help me out form this situation.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
