I got a call from Finds careers.com and informed me that they are recruiters and currently have immediate job openings for me and have to pay 3300 as one time sign up payment. They also have informed me that there are no other hidden charges after checking with them multiple times.
After taking the services, they were asking me to pay more money to take other services for which i clearly declined as I was asking them from very beginning about the hidden charges. I immediately raised a complaint and requested for refund as i found it that this site is not reliable.
They were not ready to refund and were continuously sending their disclaimers. I thought of giving them a chance to see if they are providing me with the job opportunity. After multiple followups and hearing different reasons they sent me 4-5 job descriptions which were totally irrelevant to my profile and yesterday I received one job opportunity which proved that this company is totally fake and fooling people and trapping them. The Job description was of one company and the company name and designation was provided for some other company. As I had given the interview last week for the same company I was able to immediately identify that there is no such designation in that company.
I sent multiple complaint emails to findscareers.com but they always reply by posting their standard disclaimer and mentioning that our executive will call to discuss and solve your query. But none of them has ever contacted me infact I have called multiple times to followup.
Till now i have complained atleast 5-6 times now to the company but no action taken. After realizing about the fraud and fake company I requested them for refund and they are denying for this.
These kind of companies should be black listed and strict action should be taken as they are fraud and fooling people. I am writing it short here but I have all the emails with explanation I had sent to this fake company as complain.
I want refund of my money paid to them and strict action on this fake and fraud company so that no other people get duped.
