Fraud Information given by Kotak representative

When creating an account in Kotak they have provide credit card even I have informed no need of credit card and also they opened with auto debit facility. And also when investigating the representative, he has informed there is no charge for credit card. After one year they have put annual charge for credit card and also that amount has debited from my saving without informing me. Regarding this I have raised an complaint as 1-8445977593 and they are not giving correct information when calling the customer care. Kindly take this as high priority take appropriate action and refund my amount.
