19 July, 2017 I ordered a dress from instagram account (Brand name:Fluid_Faashion) on mutual agreement between us i bank transferred (Bank account details attached)half amount of Rs. 1250/- for which the seller was suppose to dispatch the product and on sending a receipt of dispatch remaining amount was to be paid. On repeated follow up she sent a blank dispatch receipt and asked to pay rest of the amount after which she promised to send the product. today its 31.10.2017 and the seller has blocked me from there instagram account and whatsapp no. I have been cheated want my money back. i want this to stop. please take action
