Ordered for an iPhone off Instagram. The name of the account is @legitimate_seller. His account was promising as it contained customer reviews and all. He said that the method of payment is Paytm, and therefore, I transferred ?45,000 to his Paytm account on September 4th, 2017. Since then, I haven’t received anything, I didn’t get any phone delivery, he blocked me on Whatsapp and he doesn’t reply to Instagram direct messages. He said he would process me a refund but still he didn’t do anything. I want my money back. Please help me out.
