Fraud sales through instagram

On 31st october i ordered a mobile phone from a person on Instagram. he claimed that he is selling original products I Bought Iphone 8 plus 256gb And paid him in Advance 32000 rupees now when i received the product its a fake product. He is saying he cant do anything he has done a fraud. I want my money back. His Instagram Id _thereplicastore_

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
