Fraudulent purchase on HDFC Card

I am using HDFC credit card from HDFC bank named Money back platinum card. I the month of Jan 16 a payment was made from my card in the name of amazon prime services, but i did not apply for such kind of service. From my card 6676.86INR along with FCY 233.69INR was deducted. After recieving my statement by email i informed to customer support team and complaint was logged on. It was told that i have to fill dispute form and email it to email id provided. i did the same as per communication and it was told that it takes 50-60 days for reversal of amount. From that day i am sending emails to concerned department since long but no resolution has been provided upto now and every time it was told to pay rest payment after deducting disputed amount. I was doing the same as per customer care.Upto date i have all my payments after deduction now they are providing bill of 28740INR
