Fraudulent transaction in SBI account

This is to bring in your kind notice that there has been a fraud transaction of Rs.50,000 from. my SBi account on saturday 16th december,2017 around 4 PM in evening. I got a call from vodafone number 9xxxxxxxx2 on my mobile number 9xxxxxxx8 which is my alternate number and not officially registered in bank. On further tracking, i can still see the number through which i got call is in active status and near to patna(Bihar). Please help us on this urgently.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
