I’ve a credit card from citi bank, on which a fraud transaction of 10,000 was made on around 5th April 2015. The card was with me and I was in office. I immediately called citi bank and blocked the card and reported this fraud transaction. In the name of investigation, they put me on hold for 4 months. Each time I called, everyone was giving different info, 1st person said its an online transaction, other said ATM withdrawal. After the waiting of 4 month and a number of calls, they asked me to log a FIR. I’d a word with mxxxxxxi supervisor and their manager, don’t remember the name, they denied to refund it back and have increased the amount from 10 to 22,000. The complaint number is 35048461 and card number is 4xxxxxxxxxxxxxx9. I want to register a complaint against citi bank and to negotiate that complete due amount and also a compensation from a 7 month chase with no success and no proper response.
