I am the bearer of SBI card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 8714 since March 2002. on 21.06.2017 at 5.07 a.m. I got an SMS message on registered mobile number from SBI card that OTP had been issued for user of this card without even me requesting for it. Further to that message I got 13 more messages intimating more OTPs issued and also successful money transactions(Total Rs.25000 was debited) from my SBI Credit card to different merchants.(4 transactions of Rs,5000/- each to Airtel payment Bill desk and Rs 5000.00 to Ola cab.
Immediately,I blocked my credit card and lodged dispute transaction claim with SBI credit card. My credit card and my mobile phone were in my possession during that time and it shows some unknown person has fraudulently stolen my personal data and misused it.
Hence I would request you to please investigate the matter at the earliest. Please treat this matter at the utmost earliest . Thanking you,

Exactly similar incident happen with me in my case the timing was night 10:34 and eight transaction of Rs 100000 each.
I complained the same but SBI people are saying that the transaction was successful with OTP hence I need to pay . I am getting 10 to 15 call daily from SBI .
Can any one guide me what is the next level where I can file a complain how I could get this issue resolved.
