I have taken a SBI Credit card recently. when i received this card since then, there are many bankers call attend they always call me that i am speaking from SBI Credit card department to till date. I did not recived fake call any other bank but SBI Credit card (third party) more fake call received. When the card got started, the message received some transaction message on email address to stop it. when i call the customer care, he said that you should call your resister mobile, but they are not ready to belive . Whenever the massege of transaction was received and i continued to speak to the Customer care for block my card because some fraud transaction by frauder team.In the end ,they field complaints and block the my card.but by then the fraudster bought aroud Rs.59000/- (fifty fine thousands). I have also field a FIR in near by police station and its copy is also attached.
I have request to you please help and save me this type of activies.
