I live in Canada and my Indian credit cards are safely locked in my home in Kolkata on my father’s possession. On 22nd March 2015, 5 unauthorized and fraudulent transactions worth INR 32030 were made on my ICICI bank credit card (Number 4xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx2) in different stores in Mumbai. On my complain, bank created a service request (SR362004566) for dispute.

I sent a follow up email 1 week later and got the reply that a new dispute number (SR362315381) is generated and will be processed by April 30 and bank has issued temporary credit for the disputed amount.

I sent the next follow up email on 18 April and got a reply that the dispute is resolved in favour of bank and the transactions will not be reversed (All emails attached).

I called up customer care and they said that the dispute was closed since they could not reach me on my Indian mobile number (Registered phone number). Although on the dispute form I had mentioned my Canadian mobile number and requested them to call on that number only.

On my request they created a new service request. SR365001739.
Please help me to expedite the dispute resolution process on my favour. I have attached all required documents.
