I am an hdfc bank coustomer since last 1.5 yers. Before 20 days form my savings account there ware 2 unknown transaction made by someone. I submit the required forms and complaint at my home branch.They told me to get my money back after investigation in 7 working days. I hold for that time but i didn’t got any information about my money. I called many time on bank coustomer care and also visit home branch about 4 times. Last time when i visit the bank thay told me that thay can not refund my money back without any pfouf of the mistake made by me. Please do needful.

after got informed by message i blocked my atm card, internet banking by calling on the customer care number for gujarat-9898271111.They note my complain and block both atm and net banking.

After visiting on my home branch they check my transaction receipt and fount two unknown transacions which are

1)1000 rs —at hayderabad ap at payu-emrecharge.com date-19-3-2015
2)4000 rs — at noida one97communication limited. date-19-3-2015

I raise the complaint at hdfc complaint number with reference id-890871 and submit dispute form on 19-3-2015 for first transaction and another complaint with reference id -890874 for second transaction.

I have never share my debit or credit card details with any one and also have not register any online shopping portal.

As i lost my 5000 rs form my account by unknown transactions i need to know how it was done.What is my fault and if i am not in fault then requesting to refund my money back.
