I have a current in icici bank tapukra branch with.On 16/02/15 I useused my atm for withdrawing rs 6000 from icici bank atm located at relaxo chowk, but my transaction does not completed. I tried two time but result was same.Then I go to ICICI bank branch  atm here same 6000 amount was entered but there is no balance. slip comes out showing unable to dispense cash. i show it in the branch they told that atm is out of cash. after that I tried same in ratnakar and kotak bank atms but those atms were not working, I do not enter the pin there.
Then I left for my office without withdrawing any money. but at around 4pm(but I used my atm at 2.0 pm) I recived a message on my registered mobile no, that rs 20000 were withdrawed from my account. i checked my atm its in my pocket safe. then I called the tapukra branch about this. they said it will resolved in 72 hours.
after this time I again contact branch again they give me assurance that it will resolve soon. in the mean time I also called coustomer care but they said that amount has been paid.
they even doubt on me that I had withdrawed the money and now trying to be oversmart. i cut the phone and rushed to branch. there I meet with Mr Axxxxxs Manager tapukra branch and told him about the behaviour of coustomer care executive. then he raised a complaint no sr359469206 on 27/02/15 and on 28/02/15 I recive a message showing that amount of 20000 can not be reversed as this has been paid.

then I ask them about video cliping of transaction they took five days. after five day they show me a hazzy picture showing a gentelmen without its head. then again I asked for video but all in vain.i  ask them please give me proof that amount has papaid or return my amount. then they contacted there mumbai office and ask for Ej copy. but the result was same. then they told me that you should raise a case in cour against the bank.  please help me in this matter and suggest what to do next. because I am not going to leave these bankers.
