I had written this mail to inform you that I have a corporate account of STATE BANK OF INDIA. This account was opened by the company at Sarvodya nagar, kanpur. on 6th of june my monthly salary was transferred to my account and i had got a confirmation massage from STATE BANK OF INDIA on 6 th of june at 11:51 AM. After that when i had visited to the ATM on 7th of June at 09:30 Am to withdraw the amount but at that time failed to withdraw the amount and got the popup of “unable to connect” . After that i had checked the amount in my account, I had got only Rs.462/- in my account. i totally got fainted and gone for checking the mini statement of the account there i had saw that on 6th of June that amount was withdrawer with my account.
Now on 8th of June I had vsited to SBI, Sarvodya Nagar branch and gone for updating the passbook, there I had got the information that my amount was withdrawer from JHANSI(ATM 8585 Shanker Sadan, Banda). Then I had gone to branch manager to complaint this issue but he did not enterained me, as well as he used very bad words to me and said that he cannot do anything in this case, it’s not our fault and we are not responsible for this issue. kindly do the needful in this case as sonn as possible.
