I had ordered “drools cat food 3kg” from amazon.in with order no 404-8728439-3336335. I recived the product and on the pack also its mentioned 400g cat food worths rs 150 free. I complained with the amazon customer care with id B00LE8S414. They told me they had forwarded the complaint to the seller.

Next day i got the revert from the seller “petsworld.in” saying the 400g should b inside. I send them the mail with the pics attached that the 400g free cat food is not included. Actually i have ordered the product before and they send a 400g box seperate frok the 400g pack. Anyway i replied to their mail but there has been no feedback from there side. It has been 4 days now.
