I had booked a uber cab on 9-Jun at 2:11 PM, Despite having a free ride pending, it was somehow not applied and i had to pay in cash. While checking with Uber customer care, they said that their system has raise dsome security falg and hence the free ride was removed,

Even after proving that there was nothing wrong from my side, they denied to refund the free ride and kept saying its their system limitation and they are helpless.
