I bought Hercules Rodeo A-500 Cycle from Indore from an authorized dealer with complete bills and service manual. According to service manual company should provide 2 free services through authorized dealers in a period of 90-100 days and 180-190 days respectively.
When I contacted the authorized hercules dealer in Bathinda, Punjab, ” Gupta Cycle Stores”, the dealer straight away denied to provide the mentioned free servicing and in turn flatly told me that the service will be charged as the cycle was not purchased from him.
On this aspect I tried contacting Hercules company on their helpline number as well as through e-mails but in both the cases there was no response from the company! Their help line number never works and the e-mail always fail to deliver. I tried contacting the dealer through whom I purchased the cycle but he also faced similar issues and similar indifferent behaviour from the company.
It is really disappointing to receive such response and service from a reputed company like Hercules. Company doesn’t has any kind of control over its dealers and it’s customer care service is really non-operational. I want company to make up for my lose and inconvenience. Company should provide me the mentioned free servicing and should assure me that in future I will not face such crisis.
