I want to highlight the pathetic customer experience. I tried transferring money from netbanking to freecharge walleton 01/13/2016.50 Rs was debited twice but its not added into my wallet.

I got a hold of my bank and they informed that the money has already debited and the transaction went through. They also gave me both the transactions ids.

I contacted freecharge several times and wrote a couple of emails but they hung up on me and not willing to help.They are just ripping the customers off. Looking forward to get this issue fixed.
