I use freechrge to pay my electricity bill for dec of Rs1770 on 22nd dec the money got deducted.

On 21st jan when i check for my jan bill it was not yet come but at that time i come to know that my dec bill was not paid and hence i have to pay it along fine of rs 30 so total i pay 1800 rs for the dec bill through the Mahavitran app. after this i mail to freechrge regarding this and to refund my money back i have also attached my bank statement, bill receipt which clearly shows that i have paid the dec bill on 21st jan 2016 and after all this explaination and proof they are saying that we have successfully transfer it will take time to update ur bill or it will update in ur nect bill, now i have paid my jan bill also through mahavitran site i:e 870 rs.

I am getting soo much irritated they are not picking any calls the coustomer care no. are just useless no one is picking and they have taken my 1770 rs n not replying to me any more i have put 7 to 8 mails till now even more but now they are just not replying me pls help me in getting my money back i want them to pay me 1800 rs as due to their fault i have to pay fine too so here is a humble request to u to help me out . i am attaching all the proof bank statement and bill receipt.
