Fungus found in Mazza bottle of Coca cola

I purchased Mazza 1.75 ltr bottle from Dmart karim nagar, But the bottle juice is effected by fungus. Bottom side of bottle fungus created after using one time came to know.

My child 6 yrs and wife 30 Yrs suffered a health proplem due to drinking of effected drinks. I loggged the complaint in coca -cola customer care, Complint no 04926955.

Looking for a solution and corrective action so that in future any other citizen of india not get suffer.
