I have booked a washing machine on 26.03.2018 th. paytm and it was shipped by dealer via GATI SURFACE HEAVY on 28.03.2018. It was reached at delhi on 30.03.2018 then i checked status it was showing assured delivery on 31.08.2018 (Courier Status attached) and called to gati customer care to know the status of courier and they said due to connectivity issue it will be deliver to you on 01.04.2018 or 02.04.2018 and gave me complaint no. 33360306 but courier not delivered then i called them again on 03.04.2018 at 01:07 Pm and the customer care didn’t told the reason for delay and said that our service team will call back in 1 Hours but no call back received then again i called them on 04:02 Pm then again they said the same then again i call at 7:00 Pm they again said same then next day 04.03.2018 at 01:00 i called them and asked to connect me to their service team but they denied then is asked them to connect to their seniour after very much arguing they connect me to their seniour name Miss Pxxxa but she also didn’t told me the reason for delay and she again said the same things them i asked her to connect me to their service team after very very much argue she connect me to a person i clearly asked him the reason for delay but he ASKED FOR PRODUCT DETAIL AND BRAND (WHY HE REQUIRED THAT), then he said due to closing it was lying in godown it will be dispacted soon. I HAVE FULL RECORDING OF THEIR CONVERSATION. I APPRICIATE A VERY STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AND THAT GATI SURFACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSE.
