Getting harassment call from tikona

I have surrender my connection 2 years back with clear all dues with ticket no : 1-4256091293 also i have call recording regarding this. yesterday again i got call for payment from one of lawyer office name: Jxxxxxa Sxxxxxxi I again i did payment of 1071 for surrender connection and i asked him for NOC, he told me he will do once i do payment, after i have done payment now nobody picking up the phone. also tried to tikona care on 186030003434 after long hold call getting disconnect with no response. pls do the needful. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
