Its about www.sendmygift.com. I have ordered for two products in which I already paid for it. Its for my friend’s birthday. I have ordered it on 13th Jan 2016. Later, I dint received any updates on that. I have contacted customer care in which they promised me that they will deliver by today i.e., 17/01/2016 but nothing done. Again i have contacted the company’s CSR now, they again told that they will be delivering the product in 3 business days, i,e before 20/Jan/2016. The proof is in attachment. I asked the CSR to email me if that is true but I dint get a proper response for that and CSR didnot do.
Whats wrong to email me? Why this false promises. Its the Gift portal in which we will be having so much expectations on the other person to receive the gift and make them surprise.
Here, I’m very much disappointed. I need to be delivered by 20th as per the conversation by CSR.
A severe immediate action to be taken on this. If that is not the case, I need the immediate refund of my amount without delay. Please help me on this. (Order Number : 145024604)
