Gionee P2M Android Mobile performance and service issue

I have a grievance against Gionee’s mobile (Model – P2M). I bought P2M on 17th August (From Smile mobile Store, shop no.13 Galaxy Avenue Complex, Naroda, Ahmedabad-382330); but unfortunately by 3rd Sep. its speaker sound very bad and when i start any Application it was Automatically closed. So I took it back to the shop on 5th morning and from there I was guided to your nearest service center. Then i took it Gionee care on7th Sep.They checked it and solved those problems but at that time they give my phone but there were red line detacted on display. So i get back my phone at that moment. My complain no. is GC 15900039373. This consumed my first half of that day and money because the service centre is very far from my House. I got this massage “Thanks for your continuing association with Gionee. Your phone is under repair process. Estimated delivery date of your phone is 2015-09-16”. When i got my mobile on 18th sep. But after two day Again in my some problem. It displayed “INVALID IMEI” On both sim. My phone also not capture mobile signal. So i am too tired with this handset. I was so pissed off that I requested the shop keeper to refund my money back, as I had lost all the faith in your product quality. All these days, I missed many calls from my office and clients and even faced scolding from my boss, as he thought I was making excuses.

Trust me, I went through too much of mental and physical exertion in last two weeks and therefore decided to write to you.
