Gionee S 5.5 replacement issue

I have purchased gionee S 5.5 phone from in July’14.but After 6 months there are some little issues in phones such as phone was slow, defective charger, phone hank. I Was consult with custmer care many times that time but lack of respond and service. After some time there are some scratches on screen of phone that time also I contact to care. but unable to have hellp.

Then after days in january I send back the phone to company address, from where I purchase, when phone- charger is in warrenty, cause neither Gionee nor Infibeam able to help me. I called atleast 100 times and discussion of 20-25 mins. everytime about phone. Now, as we in July’15 phone is not with me, and company not sent me back the phone last 5 months. So what to do now.
