Given wrong details on Tata Docomo plan

One month ago my plan was prepaid and then their agent came and gave all the wrong details like I will be charged 25p for all N/L All network call. And will get 800 min free and the bill will be Rs 200/-. But after submitting 200 then and now my bill is Rs 601/-. They havent charged the amount they told and neither gave 800min. They charged double of the tarrif. And now when I am complaining they are saying that you should talk to that agent. How the hell would i know who he was. He was their representator. But they are saying me to go here and there and all blunders. I dont want to pay this fraud amount. And want them to only apply the charges which their representative said.
