I had travelled via GoAir from Kolkata to Patna on 13th January, 2018 for an official trip but unfortunately, I had lost my boarding pass which is required for my official purpose, so I had requested GoAir to issue me a travel certificate but they had been neglecting the same and giving excuses for delay in issuing and asking for more time every day since the day of travel. This is a serious service issue and a total unprofessional approach from a leading airliner
